Additional Expenses
A) Transfer fee — Calculated as 1.1% of the sales price and paid by Purchaser upon completion date. B) Sinking Fund — This payment payable upon completion date of the residence. C) Advanced Juristic Fees — Three year advance on maintenance fees to be paid upon completion date of the residence. Note: The juristic fee or management/maintenance fee is used for general monthly maintenance of the building, common areas, security, pool maintenance, etc.
