Pre-completion payments
A) Reservation: Make a deposit of THB 200,000.00, which is completely recoverable by deduction from the final payment of the deposit.
B) Signing: The Sales and Purchase Agreement is to be signed within 7 days of the reservation. A 20 percent payment of the unit price is required upon the signing of the agreement.
C) Installments: The balance will be divided into regular installments over the period of 90 days from the date of contract purchase and sales. Balance on transfer remaining (60 percent).
D) Money Transfer: There are three options to transfer money.
